The rooms here are fantastic, equipped with central heating, TV, refrigerator, and comfortable beds, while the location is perfect for easy access to downtown and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

I loved everything about this hotet! Next time I come to Colorado it will be at the Holiday Inn Lakewood!

Couldn't close curtains. Room temp not easily adjuted. TV remote worked poorly. No free breakfast with a relatively expensive room. Bad pilows; all of them the same. Very slow internet internet router

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortably. It is located close to a number of restaurants and highway 285. It is a perfect location for me. The Staff is very friendly especially in the Hotel restaurant.

There is no fan in the bathroom and it looked like there was some mold on the shower wall. Parts of the facility seem a little old in general.

The views of downtown were lovely. The room was large and impressive. The newly renovated bathroom was nice. The location not too far from Lakewood Vineyard was unbeatable.

We booked a king smoking room and when we get there it was not in their books correctly. This was for my boyfriends birthday weekend and we ended up having a room with two queen beds, rather than the king we asked for. It was just really disappointing that we booked it in advance and weren't given what we asked for. The room had dust everywhere and it effected my allergies. My boyfriend ran his finger along the top of the head board and there was about a quarter inch of dust on his finger. I am not normally one to complain, but the rest of the trip was so incredible and we were just hoping that the hotel would be also.

The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were great. The bedding was good. Walls a little thin but overall got a good night sleep.

We were there at 4:00 which was check-in time. There were no rooms ready. We had to wait until 5:00 to get into our room!!!! Not happy at all. We over heard that there wasn't enough sheets ready for the king beds. REALLY...then buy more sheets. And if you need more staff to get the rooms ready by check-in time, do so. They didn't even say "sorry we're late" or offer like 10% off. I was ready to walk out and find another hotel but we didn't have the time.

Convenient location near major highways, shopping centers, and the mountains. Courteous staff. Impressive and immaculate rooms with very comfortable beds and great quality amenities including a fridge.

Excellent location adjacent to U.S. 285 in Lakewood. We were there for a Memorial Service at Ft Logan, which is located just a mile from this motel and only took us 5 minutes to get to the service.

We had to wait on our room even though we arrived a few minutes after the advertised availability time. Not a big deal for us, but we saw the same thing happening to numerous other arrivals.

The double room was impressive and had everything we needed. The newly renovated bathroom included a shower and hair dryers. The hotel's location was perfect, near the restaurant by the lobby. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, offering wake-up service and ironing.

They put us in a room in the elevator lobby, so heard people come in all night talking.

the rooms were very quiet, and the hotel staff helped me with my bags and room service was fast!

there was not a microwave in my room and it would have been handy to know a head of time.
